We were founded in Soho London in 2016. Our menu celebrates the ancient cuisines of the Middle East with a focus on kebabs cooked over open fire. We incorporate contemporary influences from Michelin starred kitchens and the very best local produce to define our unusual culinary style. We curate beautiful wines, cocktails and beers for you to enjoy alongside our food. And we create unique spaces to give this all a home.
Le Bab is a kebab renaissance project
It’s a contemporary kebab restaurant: the original expression of our modern kebab. We inject technique honed in Michelin starred kitchens into traditional Middle Eastern & South Asian cookery. Our kitchen team came together to explore this new approach to an ancient dish, cooking on a wood and charcoal-fired robata. The kebabs are all made from brilliant seasonal ingredients. We serve them together with modern mezze, curated wines, craft beers and cocktails.
Everything you eat in Le Bab
– from bread, to toum, to pickles – is made from scratch in house.
